Garden House, Alcove, Gazebo or Summer Residence
Generally
speaking, it is allowed too construct a Gardenhouse of up
to an area of up
to 24 square metres
without a building permit. Primarily the idea behind a Gardenhouse
is so that th Gardner would have a spot to linger in whilst
the weather is bad. Our Gardenhouse, built from 50 to 70mm
sturdy wooden planks, is weather resistant and serves as
more than a mere Alcove. All of our Gardenhouses could also
be used for the following: •
An Office in the Gardenhouse,
for study or work •
A Guestroom in the Gardenhouse •
A
Sauna would be a feasible option to build in into a 24m² Garden •
The
smallest Gardenhouse is perfectly suited as a play area for
the children

Tool Shed, Utilility
Space, Horse Stable
The smallest Gardenhouse would normally be used as a Tool
Shed, or Utilility Space. There is space here for Deck Chairs,
Sunbrellas, garden tools, hosepipe and the lawnmower. The
easiest way to keep a a horse is to rent or lease a field
and assemble our stabile tongue and groove planked Stables,
which are large enough to house one or two horses.
